Secretary Blinken’s Call with Senegalese President Sall

Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke with Senegalese President Macky Sall today.  Secretary Blinken and President Sall discussed the political situation and recent unrest in Senegal.  Secretary Blinken expressed his condolences for those killed and injured during the recent violence.  The Secretary reiterated the United States’ support for the Senegalese people and democratic values.
