Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken will participate in a conversation with United States Conference of Mayors (USCM) President Hillary Schieve at the USCM 92nd Winter Meeting on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the Capital Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C.
