On December 14, Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Richard Verma and Costa Rican President Rodrigo Chaves Robles met to advance shared priorities and cooperation on regional and global issues.
Deputy Secretary Verma, Costa Rican Foreign Minister Arnoldo Andre, and President Chaves discussed the outcomes of the inaugural U.S.-Costa Rica High-Level Strategic Dialogue, which identified ways to expand our partnership on the shared goals related to security, humane migration management, and inclusive economic prosperity.
