Deputy Secretary Verma, Costa Rican Foreign Minister Arnoldo Andre, and President Chaves discussed the outcomes of the inaugural U.S.-Costa Rica High-Level Strategic Dialogue, which identified ways to expand our partnership on the shared goals related to security, humane migration management, and inclusive economic prosperity.
