Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women’s Issues Rao Gupta Travels to Iceland

U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women’s Issues Dr. Geeta Rao Gupta will travel to Reykjavik, Iceland from November 13 to 15.  On November 14, Ambassador-at-Large Rao Gupta will speak at the Reykjavik Global Forum-Women Leaders, a conference co-hosted by the Government of Iceland and the Parliament of Iceland, in partnership with Women Political Leaders, a global network of women politicians.  At this Forum, Ambassador Rao Gupta will engage with women leaders from diverse sectors to exchange best practices on the advancement of gender equality and women’s meaningful political participation and leadership.  While in Reykjavik, the Ambassador will also meet with ambassadors and counterparts from various countries.
