ZERO HUNGER: Obasanjo, Gov.Umahi Move To End Hunger In Nigeria

obasanjo, umahi with Ortom in markudiAs it is currently happening in Benue State, the former President of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and the Chairman of South East governors forum and the Ebonyi state governor, Engr. David Nweze Umahi are currently on a mission to end hunger in the nation, they are being taken around the farms in Benue state popularly known as the food basket of the nation by the Benue state governor, Samuel Ortom.
The stage is set as the Ebonyi governor recommends possible ways for the improvement of the already existing farms in the state. Massive production ongoing at the Benue state Fertilizer Blending plant, Makurdi.
Governor Samuel Ortom leads former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Ebonyi state Governor, Daniel Umahi and others to inspect the plant on friday morning.
Former president Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo is also billed to Commission the School of Nursing and Midwifery Makurdi later in the day.
Recall, the School of Nursing and Midwifery is one among the Laudable Achievements of the present administration under the leadership of Governor Samuel Ortom.
The school which lost it accreditation status in the last four years has recently regained it’s Status courtesy of the present administration.

The school also witnessed massive construction and renovation work with state of the art equipment.
